Every engagement is private. Nothing is published, cited, or referenced without written consent. Most of this work is never spoken about at all.
Concentration
A small, deliberately capped roster. When the seat is full, it is full. Clients are onboarded only as capacity opens.
Continuity
Twelve-month minimum engagements. Voice, narrative, and systems compound over time — they are not built in a quarter.
Ownership
Tonya is the principal on every engagement at this tier. No handoffs, no junior teams, no rotating account leads.
