I built my career at the intersection of two things most organizations treat as separate: what they say and how they operate. Twenty years inside Fortune 500 communications departments taught me that the gap between a leader's vision and their team's execution is almost always a communications problem.

I have written for C-suites, managed national media campaigns, led internal communications through acquisitions and crises, and advised executives who needed to find — or reclaim — their voice. That work took me from Spherion Corporation to ADT Security Services to UKG, where I led executive communications and PR strategy for a global platform serving 80,000+ customers.

Then AI changed everything — and I went back to school.

Today, I hold multiple AI certifications including Certified Global AI Agent of Change, and I build intelligent agent systems for executives and organizations who refuse to be left behind. My work is not about replacing the human voice. It is about amplifying it — faster, smarter, and at scale.
